Opening Up to Your Feelings

The Find Your Feelings Box builds upon the lessons provided in the Begin Box, by giving children the tools and techniques to further understand the connection between their thoughts and feelings. By learning to identify, name, and allow ALL of their feelings, children learn that it’s okay to open up and accept their feelings. Starting with the Story of Tomorrow, and the Fox Feelings Cards, there are lots of ways to Find Your Feelings!
